One of if not the biggest announcements to come out of E3 week was the big reveal of the Xbox One X, Microsoft's streamlined and upgraded console. Following its unveiling, we got the opportunity to catch up once again with Xbox marketing chief Aaron Greenberg, and he was in a confident mood when talking about the company's new machine:

"We built this system to deliver 4K gaming," he told us, before later adding, "you talked about the 12 gigs of memory, the six teraflop GPU, adding things like liquid cooling and a vapour chamber that [...] has never been seen in a console before. This was a no-compromise box.

"We wanted to build the most powerful console ever made," he continued, "a premium product with no compromises. And we also wanted to at the same time deliver an incredible set of developer tools so that developers would be able to get up and running right away and be able to make the best versions of their games on Xbox One X."
