With the North American League of Legends Championship Series getting franchised, all sorts of rumours and reports are emerging right now regarding who the new owners could be and what teams will be included, and now a new report from ESPN claims NBA team Cleveland Cavaliers have obtained a slot in the league.

The same report also claims that the team has brought former Call of Duty player Matthew 'Nadeshot' Haag to run operations on the esports side, and have started recruiting for their League of Legends staff.

This follows a report not too long ago that Golden State Warriors co-owner Joe Lacob and his son Kirk have become franchise owners too, so it doesn't seem too far-fetched. Either way, it's unconfirmed still, so take it with a pinch of salt.

Do you think it sounds feasible?
