Maize get's a new trailer and a release date

The very bizarre first person adventure game Maize, the brainchild of Finish Line Games, has recently got a release date trailer, revealing that the game will be coming out December 1.

Maize is a video game about sentient corn, which is weird enough, but in the trailer you also meet Vladdy, a "small, grumpy talking Russian robot bear". The trailer didn't give much more than Vladdy walking towards the camera, or clunking should we say, and then revealing the release date.

We're very interested to see what Maize brings to the table come December, as it certainly sounds pretty unique. Do you think it will be good, or is sentient corn a dangerous topic?
